Shipping Information

Our products are shipped within one business day of the order placement, unless otherwise stated on the item page or if the item is on back order.  All shawls and scarves purchased shipped from our warehouse in Hunan, China.

The shipping rates for international first class and air mail (EMS / USPS) are based on weight and item quantity. Orders shipped with international first class are delivered within 10 to 16 Business Days. Orders shipped with EMS / USPS air mail are delivered within 4 to 6 Business Days. Once an order is shipped with EMS / USPS air mail an email with the tracking number is sent to each customer. The shipping rates for your country will be shown in the shopping cart when checking out. Your order will not be shipped until additional international shipping funds are supplied.

Returns Policy

Customers may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is no re-stocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, these return shipping charges do not apply to products with manufacturers defects prior to leaving our shipping department. For exchanges, customers are charged a second time shipping cost, based on the number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested.

Extended Exchange Period for Holiday Season: For orders placed between Oct. 24th and Dec 24th of any year customers can mail the items back to us for an exchange till January 14th of the following year.

When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return.  Please also insure your return package.

We, like you, are shoppers and fully realize that sometimes items are not what you thought they were going to be when ordered ...colors, texture, size, etc. and are happy to make sure you are completely happy with your order. However, we reserve the right to refuse all refunds (at our discretion) for the following reasons: if the product(s) have clearly been worn and used... i.e. food stains, perfume smells, tears, rips or other signs of use and abuse that were clearly not on the item(s) when shipped. In the very rare instances such as this, we will not refund nor will we return the item(s) until return shipping payment is received. We also reserve the right to cancel any order we deem necessary to anyone for any reason. You will be notified as to our reasons for making that decision.

If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

We are happy to offer free gifts from time to time. For purchased items returned for credit, the free gift(s) received must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, retail price will charged and taken out of the refund credit amount. For exchanges, there will be shipping charges applied to the purchase paypal account to return the new, exchanged item to you.
